The school’s office hours are 7:45 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
What time is school in session?
The school day is from 8:25 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
What is the earliest time that my child can arrive for school?

What happens if I do not pick my child up on time?
Staff will call all numbers on the emergency contact list. If staff is unsuccessful in securing the timely pick up of your child/ren, our SRO will intervene, and your child will be reported as an abandoned child to the Department of Family & Children Services. To prevent this from happening, we encourage all families to register with the YMCA in advance in case of an unforeseen emergency with pick up.
How do I notify staff of my child’s absence?
You need to fill out the Absence Form located on the Beiriger homepage in the event of an absence. Documentation from a physician, dentist, court official, or the death of an immediate family member will excuse your child’s absence.
What does the arrival and dismissal procedure look like?
Walkers and car riders will enter and exit through door A. Bus riders will enter and exit through door U. If a student is eating breakfast, he or she will report directly to the cafeteria. They are not permitted to stop in their classrooms or visit their lockers. Students will immediately report to their classroom in the morning if they are not eating breakfast.
During dismissal, all students will be held in their classrooms until they are directed to be released. Bus riders will load as soon as their bus arrives. Car riders will be called to the lobby by their car number starting at 2:55 p.m. Be sure to have your car tag on your front windshield (this will be distributed during registration). Walkers will be dismissed from door U starting at 3:00 p.m. Parents/Guardians must notify a change in transportation to the office prior to 2:00 p.m. unless there is an emergency. You may experience longer dismissal times at the beginning of the year due to child(ren) learning new routines. Thank you for your assistance as we set forth these safety measures.
How do parents receive information about school events and communicate with teaches?
All parents need to set up a Schoology account to receive vital information pertaining to your child’s educational needs.
